The 2009 Winter CME Planning Committee INFORMATION OF INTEREST
DISCOUNT SKI LIFT TICKETS/SKI SCHOOL/SKI RENTAL: The NAFP will have discount ski lift tickets for Heavenly Mountain Resort available at the registration desk. Quantity will be limited and will be sold on a first-come first-served basis. You can order lift tickets when you register for the meeting. EXHIBITS: Over 40 technical and scientific exhibits will be open Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30pm. Please show your appreciation by visiting each booths during our nightly receptions. If you complete the exhibit signature card you will be eligible to win one of two pairs of skis. Refreshments will be served in the exhibit hall each evening and wonderful ski prizes will be given away each night at 7:30 pm.
REFUND POLICY (For meeting registration): 100% (less $50 processing fee) will be refunded through January 1, 2009. No refunds after that date.
SKI RACES: This year, the race will be held at Heavenly's World Cup on Wednesday beginning at 11:30 am; followed by a BBQ lunch at approximately 1:00 pm. Trophies will be awarded at the cocktail reception on Thursday to winners in a variety of novice, intermediate and advanced categories. There is an additional fee of $30 to participate in the race, including lunch. Lunch is also available if you would like to watch the races for only $25. |
